1 General Agreement

2 Account Registration and Management

3 Age Restriction
Players must be 21 years of age or older to use aung999 services. If an underage person opens an account or plays, that account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance will not be refunded.
Only players aged 21+ may legally use this service. aung999 recommends that parents or guardians use parental control tools to prevent underage access to inappropriate services.
4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposits
Accepted payment methods at aung999 are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks and deposits below this amount cannot be processed.
- Deposits are normally processed instantly
- The deposit account and the player account must belong to the same person
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not allowed
- Transaction fees related to deposits may be charged by the relevant bank or payment service provider on the player's side
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes after the request is submitted.
- Withdrawals must be made to the same account used for the deposit
- Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed
- If the required wagering from a bonus has not been fully completed, withdrawals cannot be made
- Withdrawal requests are processed alongside aung999's verification checks
4.3 Financial Verification

5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
aung999's welcome bonus gives a 120% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount — meaning you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before it can be converted to withdrawable funds.
Example 1 — Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 24,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 44,000 Ks. Wagering: 24,000 Ks × 20 = 480,000 Ks must be wagered.
Example 2 — Deposit 340,000 Ks and receive a 200,000 Ks bonus (maximum amount), giving a total balance of 540,000 Ks. Wagering: 200,000 Ks × 20 = 4,000,000 Ks must be wagered.
5.2 General Promotion Policy

- Each bonus is for one player or one account only — accounts sharing the same IP address or device may not claim the same bonus
- After claiming a bonus, withdrawals of bonus funds cannot be made until the wagering requirement is fully met
- If a bonus is found to have been claimed through fraudulent means, we reserve the right to cancel it
- aung999 reserves the right to change or stop promotions at any time without prior notice.
6 Gaming Policies
These policies apply only to all games supported at aung999 (including Slots, Live Casino, Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Shan Koe Mee, Crash Game, Sic Bo, and football).
6.1 Players and Games
- Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), so players cannot predict results in advance.
- aung999 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse a completed bet.
- If a connection is lost during an active game, the software log will be used as the official record.
6.2 Fair Play
All games at aung999 operate under a Fair Play policy, giving every player an equal chance. Any software or tool that attempts to manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
7 VIP Level Program
aung999's VIP program has 4 tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Players can move up tiers based on their play and loyalty.
- Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
- Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
- Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.9%
- Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.2%

8 Prohibited Actions
The following actions are strictly prohibited at aung999 —
- Opening more than one account
- Fraudulent activity to claim bonuses
- Attempting to predict game outcomes through unauthorized means (bots, exploits, or cheat software)
- Money laundering
- Depositing funds from a third-party account
- Abusive or hostile behavior toward other players
- Manipulating games through unfair means
- Violating these terms and conditions
If any of these actions are found, aung999 may close the account and forfeit remaining funds without prior notice. In the case of financial law violations, aung999 is entitled by law to cooperate with the relevant authorities.
